hey guys Ive posted a couple threads before cause i have been concerned about my food consumptions anyhow i think im doing fine because im starting to get a nice gut anyhow take a look at what i have eaten today tell me what u think!
1)3 egg omlete with cheese and ham w/2 pieces of toast anf butter and 2 glasses of cranberry juice!
2)2 turkey sandwhiches w/ice tea and pro 42 bar
3) pro 42 bar with a ice tea
4) metrex protein shake w/ 2 cups of milk and tbs of flax seed oil
5)nice beefy cheesburger with steamed zuchini carrots and spinach and 2 glasses of cranberry juice
Snack: Yogurt
6)metrex protein shake 2 glasses of milk and flax seed oil

Hopefully i got in at least 300 grams of protein also im 6'1 208 and on 10 weeks of sust 500mgs and dbol 30mgs for 5 weeks and im in the third week and up 11 pounds!
 
That diet looks good to me. Alot of people go overboard with their diets and eat only tuna, chicken breasts, and protein shakes. This diet looks like an easy one to follow and not get sick of.

You get your protein and it sounds tasty as well. If you keep up a diet like that through your cycle you should see some good gains!

i guess im confused on this one, youre happy to be eating more, correct? and your goal is.............
bulking or cutting? are you having trouble eating while on?

hey bull dog thanks for the response im glad u agree with my diet caus this is one i can get used to before i used to feel like puking by my fourth meal
 
Don't thank me...I should thank you!:D I'm gonna try this diet after I finish my current cycle. I'm nearing the end of my first cycle and getting sick of protein shakes, protein bars, chicken breasts, and tuna all day long.
