this thang must b 4 yrs old,ok i was about185 when i started here is an flatbench 185 x12.incline was60 with db,squat was225 4 6 reps,i sometime wonder if my bobys changed but ever see someone you hevenot seen in a long time they will say damn your gittin big ,and just looking back 4 months i can do the math damn im growin im now working with a hell of lot more wt.
