-Barbell pause hip thrust 6 x 200 lbs
-Kas glute bridge 8 x 200 lbs
Conventional dead lift 4 x 8 110lbs
3 supersets
-Dumbbell RDL 10 x 45lb DBs
-Front rack high step up right 10 x 20 lb DB
-Front rack high step up left 10 x 20 lb DB
Weighted glute dom back extension 2 x 10 45lb plate

Tuesday 4/9
Standing Arnold press 3 x 10 20lb DBs
3 supersets:
-Close grip chest press 10 x 20lb DBs
-3 sec eccentric neutral grip skullcrusher 10 x 10 DBs
Chest press machine 3 x 10 40lbs
3 x 10
-Leaning single arm lateral raise left 10lb DB
-Leaning single arm lateral raise right 10lb DB
Seated see saw press 3 x 10 15lb DBs
Dropset
Overhead DB tricep extension
6 x 25lb
8 x 20
10 x 15
12 x 10

4/9 increased dose to 10mg daily, 5mg in am and 5mg in pm. So far, so good.

My gym has too many people, I’m at planet thicness and I mostly work out alone, so no action pics. Haha. I’m good for a mirror selfie every now and then though.

on the anavar please dont go over 10mgs/day no need right now

checking your training, did you close with cardio?
15 mins before and 15 mins after incline tread, definitely will not exceed 10mg per day.

Great update!! Looking strong!!! You notice ant difference upping the dose? Pumps?

First day I didn’t notice a whole bunch, definitely pushed more reps. Shoulders and chest both nice and sore with a quick recovery. Yesterday was an off day. I will report back about quads this am as I’m sure I will feel it there. A little worried about training calves as they are feeling a little tight just being there doing their regular job. 😂 Definitely need to hit a good stretch today.

When was the last time you trained calves? I see it last friday in your workout. Should be recovered by now. What kind of shoes do you typically wear? Something very flat will def put more strain on the calves.
Usually when I take anavar i get severe lower back pumps. Looking forward to next update. Keep crushing it!!
 
I’m here! Training is going well, doing the same 4 day split. I am still running out of steam at end of workouts but rebound pretty quickly and I want to go back and do the workout again in the evening. Did notice a bit more of a pump on sunday doing shoulder/chest/tri. Feel pretty good and adjusted to the 5mg 2x a day now. Had the oiliness increase again, but that is chilling out. I feel really good otherwise, love the libido boost. Weight this morning was 125.6, I was steadily losing before I started the var and havent lost anything for the last 2 weeks, hanging at 125. I did splurge on some mexican this weekend and it was SO good, but im dialed back in. I will eat the same thing all week, including my macros in a pic too, lowered carbs a bit. I feel good here. This chix and pep prep is YUM.
