New Update with blood test

My diet is getting little bit better
added fruit vegtables and comblex carbs

my workout now days

Am : weight lifting + body weight workout ( pull push legs) 25 min full session

3 pm wrestling 3 x week + judo class

6 :30 PM kickboxing class

10 pm cardio walking 25 min + bag work 8 min will increase gradually


my blood test just came out
in pic attached

got high estrogen and prolactin

also Planing to make a baby
but thinking also about
cabergoline 0.5 mg
and nolva for estrogen
for 3 months

what you guyes think?

@TariqMMA you said diet is a bit better, can you share what your diet is like now? some foods protein etc and a few meal pictures
you can post this on your phone

your estrogen way too high you need to use some aromasin asap and some hcgenerate to clean this up

you're doing so much cardio training and high E2? you need to start a change big time

and how about pics of you with face blurred?

@TariqMMA good meals but how much you eating of each? like 40oz chicken breast or 4oz you see the difference right?

lets get some meal pics up we waiting :)

first prolactin you can use OTC supps for that like HCGenerate 3-5 caps ed: https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Test-boosting-PCT-c37?product_id=82
but for estrogen you need light aromasin
and how long will be variable, I would start with 2-3 weeks and not overdo it

you can use a little caber if you want. it isn't mandatory unless you are abusing

for protien 200 g
for carbs 200 g
each meal
veggi i over eat it sometime
for fruit its only 1 pc each like 1 banana and 1 apple something like this
