H halfaclue Banned Jul 28, 2004 #11 I totally hear you. I always lift my left arm first because it is weaker but I never thought to lift my rear delts first. In a feww weeks I lift the side delts a head of rear delts. Today is bi's and tri's....I love bi's and tris'!!!
