Please critque shoulder/ traps routine

I totally hear you. I always lift my left arm first because it is weaker but I never thought to lift my rear delts first. In a feww weeks I lift the side delts a head of rear delts. Today is bi's and tri's....I love bi's and tris'!!!
 
Try Pre-exhausting with some lateral raises before your Dumbell presses: that way they should feel hard even at light weights.

yeah i always shrug when doing them instead of actually bending my shoulders
