My recovery plan

Coming off cycle Sept. 1st, here's what I got lined up:

HCG 500iu e/d for two weeks (using b12 inj. as mixing solution, no bac water)
nolvadex 20mg e/d for 4-5 weeks
v12 creatine 1 dose+5 grams creat. monohydrate( 8grams creatine total)
gplenish 2 scoops e/d
avena sativa 1 gr. e/d
inj. b12 1000mcg eod

couple questins:

can I push b12/hcg through a slin pin? I want to use the smallest possible gauge...

If a substance can be injected either sub-q or IM, can I just bury any pin I have, short or long, and not worry about whether Im all the way in muscle or sub-q?

Can I mix Avena into a shake or is the taste too strong? I dont feel like capping all that powder..

You guys think of anything else? I was thinking about some EFA's as well, any recommendations?

I was thinking of using some clen, but dont like the jittery, anxious feeling substances of that nature tend to give me.

What's the lowest clen dose one can take and still reap the benefits of its anti-catabolic properties?
 
I don't like clen personally in fact i hate it!

but if you were going to do it 60 mcgs should be ok any more and I can't workout

please make sure to take lots of antioxidants with it, I think its hard on your system
 
clen was a major cause of post cycle crashing for me, rebounded like crazy. why not use green tea, raises your metabolism higher (i think like 4% higher) without any sides.
 
yeah, think I'm just going to skip the clen altogether.

OMEGA, can't wait to try the Gplenish. Ill post results. Hopefully I can keep most of the 25lbs Ive packed on in the last 3 months

Yossarian Mvmaxx took it post cycle and he said it manitained his strength and mass.

he took 3 scoops a day

to tell you the truth i have not used it directly post cycle, so just like MVMAXX you will be our Guinee tester
