Chicken tenders?

I almost always buy the tenders (at Sam's Club). They are CONVENINET. They defrost in minutes under some water in the sink. They cook super fast on the grill or in a pan on the stove. They're nice and clean...I HATE removing bones, skin and fat...it's all just GROSS. The most cleaning you have to do with these is snip off that one piece of tendon at the wide end. Good white meat chicken low in fat.

I defrost 2 4lb. bags and grill them all up at one time for the week. The tenders are nice and small, so if I'm running late and need a quick bite, I can just grab one and eat it in a few bites and grab another and eat it in the car while I'm driving down my block. Entire breasts need to be cut up into smaller portions which is a pain if you're in a rush.

They're great for soups, grilling, baking, and in a pan with veggies. IMO tenders are the way to go!
