is this a good delt workout?

dumbell press 6 sets x 12,8,8,6,4,3 reps
side laterals 3 sets x 12,8,6 reps
bent over laterals 3 sets x 12,8,6 reps

does this look good or am i doing to many sets for dumbell press, 6 sets seems to feel just right, i am just starting to workout hard after a long layoff.
 
I am not a big fan of isolation work for delts. I have pretty much ditched it in favor of overhead pressing twice week. Once is down with a barbell, and the other with dumbells.
 
you do more sets in that workout than I do in a whole week...

no, it doesnt look like a great workout. but without knowing what you're lifting and how you're progressing no-one can say, if you're pressing 130lb DBs then its probably working for you
