I have also heard that alcohol is good, because it thins your blood and makes you look more vascular? Same with sugar (ie: Snickers bar).

Sassy69 New member Jun 13, 2001 #4 Red wine is also good - - booze to calm down (or care less about the audience) - vascularity - mild diuretic I think I killed half a bottle before my first show (looks good downing it at 9 am) LOL!
