Approved Log First Dbol Cycle Log

Hey guys , I’m going to try to get a log started. This will be my first run with Dbol and my first real attempt at a cycle. ( I did a run of reforbit b when I was in high school but that was 20 years ago). I’m going to change it up some after getting some very good advice from you guys on my other post. My plan is to run:
Week 1-3
25mg Dbol/ ED split dose
20mg mk2866 ED
N2Guard 7 caps ED
10mg Aromasin EOD

Week 4-6
25mg Dbol/ED split dose
40mg mk2866 ED
N2Guard 7 caps ED
10mg Aromasin EOD

Week 7-10
Clomid 25mg ED
Tamoxifen 10mg ED
N2Guard 5 caps ED
HCGenerate 5 caps ED

I’m looking to start this cycle hopefully late next week. I was going to run GW also during cycle but it doesn’t look like it got sent out with my order. I’ve stopped taking other supplements a week ago and have been trying to flush my system leading up to this cycle start. I tried some sound alike supplements with zero gains. No weight gain or noticeable strength gains from them. I’m 37 years old 6’1” and 178lbs as of today. I’ve always struggled hard to make size and weight gains. (Genetics ) I make strength gains and can cut fairly easily but can’t gain bulk. I’m a carpenter by trade so every day is active with lifting and climbing. 13000-15000 steps a day is very common. I’m weight training 6 days a week. My diet isn’t clean but I do eat a lot for a guy my size. I’m going to start trying to track my nutritional intake better for the log. Best guess 3000 calories day and roughly 300 grams protein. Problem is, my metabolism just eats it. I’m not looking for insane results but I do want to add some mass. I feel like I’m at a standstill. I eat until I physically can’t and sometimes still lose a pound or 2.

So far today:
Breakfast. 7 am
2 breakfast bowls: eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, cheese. 980 calories 44 grams protein

Whey protein shake. 10 am

Lunch. 2pm
Quarter chicken smoked, 6 ribs, pulled pork, baked potato, garlic bread.

Whey protein shake 5 pm

Dinner
Will be roast, mashed potatoes white bread

cycle is good but you can go to 8 weeks imo

on the diet thats a good 1st day
but you need more protein and more omega 3 fish oil to this

and dont eat white bread before bed

@J-absher high sets is the truth but you not doing them please up to 5 sets 15 reps a few times

@J-absher so far so good I like the 8pm meal but you need yams or sweet potatoes

and 3pm you need a protein shake there
 
make sure those mashed potatoes are from scratch and not the powdered stuff
 
Day 2 of 20mg mk, N2Guard and 25mg Dbol. I’ve been eating a ton for the past few days and drinking a lot of water. I was a little disappointed in the scales this morning. I’m down 3 pounds. 176 today. Hopefully when everything gets to working that will turn around and go the right direction.
@J-absher you just started so dont worry but "eating a ton" what does that mean? can you share what you're eating thats where gains are

Struggling last night and this morning. Some sharp pains in the intestinal area and extreme anxiety. The pains come and go but the anxiety is rough. Bad enough at times to make me light headed.
@J-absher whats wrong with your intestines?

how much psyllium husk you taking?
how much probiotics?

Tested today and blood pressure is a little high. 150/90. That’s probably where the anxiety feeling was coming from.
are you using n2guard? and you drinking water and electrolytes

I started having some sharp pains in random areas on day 3. Some around ribs and some around abdomen area. Not long drawn out pains but quick sharp pain. They don’t last long and are very random timing and location. I’m taking 7 caps N2Guard day and drinking over a gallon of water. Urinating frequently, neon color shortly after N2Guard and fairly clear rest of the day. I added a couple Gatorade in yesterday for electrolytes. No probiotics really. No pains prior to Dbol and I was eating and drinking water heavily prior to the start.
 
you also could be finding off some type of viral infection
 
sometimes even if you are in the best shape you can really fall off the wagon quick on a cycle
 
I’m thinking it’s the Dbol. I’ve ran 4 days at 25mg. Blood pressure is still high this afternoon. If I stop the Dbol, I have tamoxifen and clomid on hand but would I even need them at only 4 days? I may cut the Dbol and try LGD. I have mk and GW I could try to run with it.
@J-absher why would you stop the dbol? you need to switch to something like via PCT

Cut doses in half for a few days because of blood pressure and it’s still running high. I’m getting checked out early next week to get this BP sorted. Added some cardio in to try to help.

I’m not blaming the gear or supplements at all. Something just didn’t react well for me. I’m not sure what yet, but something sent my blood pressure up. I expected a rise, but not 25 points.

you could have an allergic reaction to something you're taking as well
 
I’m feeling pretty good today. Was tired past couple days but a little better today. Very possible I was fighting off something that hadn’t really set in. I’m getting bloods done Tuesday morning to check levels and go from there. Cardio hasn’t been much fun but I think it is helping some.
@J-absher you take extra vitamins? like C D and NAC?
