(VIDEO) Is this a justified Police shooting???

Do you all think that the traffic officer who Randy Moss purposely pushed back with his vehicle could've been shot with no consequence for the traffic officer? Both cases can be equally argued that the cop was threatened with being run over. I think the cop in this case could have and should have gotten out from in front of the car. He put himself in front of that car and then decided it was necessary to empty his clip into the driver's seat. He should have either gotten out of the way or done his best to shoot the guy in such a way that it wouldn't kill him. I don't think it was necessary to kill that guy.
Hard to say since we dont see the shooting but I'd say yes. I mean, why was he escaping ? did he have something to hide ?
Now that I said that, remember this: the cop was dumb. You dont ever, under any circumstances stay in front of a car. You should rather be in a 45 degree angle and at least, 12 feet away. Also, if a driver refuse to get out of the car, you use the pepper spray, remain 6 ft. away and wait 10-15 seconds and then take the fucker out of his car. That's the normal procedure, not what you saw.

Yeah... that was a sad story. Totally ridiculous that they killed that woman. I can't remember what happened to the officer, but I believe nothing much.
In situations like this, they should just get the plate # and let the guy run. Highspeed chases are a hazard to everyone involved and bystanders who aren't.

First of all how is shooting the tires out an option. You could still run someone over with flat tires. Second of all that was attack with a deadly weapon as a few people stated before. He was given plenty of warnings to get the fuck out of the car. Maybe they should have boxed him in better, but in the situation he was in I think he did the right thing. Of course I wouldn't want to shoot someone who is about to run me over for fear that their foot would press down on the gas and take me out. I would have moved then shot.

Umm ya. Let's risk more people's lives to save someone who in all likelyhood tried running over a cop. That makes a whole lot of sense. Instead of saying fuck the cop why not say fuck the criminal for putting his dumbass in the situation and then tried to kill someone.
On a side note the people who said shooting the tires....wow just wow is all I'm going to say. Unless you have a magical bullet fired from a magical gun that isn't gonna do crap to save the cops life.

he stood in front of the car to send the message: "try and drive, and you will get shot" well he drove, and straight at the officer. the officer is pushing himself away from the car trying not to get run over and the suspect was accelerating. if that was me i certainly would've opened fire. the suspect used lethal force, and he got it back.
how the hell can you say he wasn't trying to run over the cop? if the cop was in front of him and he hits the gas, what does he think is gonna happen? the man obviously had no regard for human life or the safety of others if he was weaving through traffic at 120mph. some people here need a good dose of reality.
