Hell yeah! That's the spirit. That asshole had it coming. The officer might have gotten himself killed, if he had tripped down and the car would've run him over. Stupid fuck and his death was a cause of his own stupidity.

Bad judgement call. They could have shot the tires out and avoided that situation. Technically the guy did try to run the cop over, but the cop should have handled that situation better.

Well it's obvious the driver was trying to get away and not run the cop over. Perhaps the cop shouldn't have been so stupid as to stand in front of the car, but stand to the side.

It looked to me as if the police officer was in a position of either getting run over by a car or trying to stop the car by shooting at the driver. Even if the driver was trying to just push the cop over, it appears that the cop could've easily have been run over by the positioning of the officer in front of the car as the driver kept driving.

I'd say that it was a justified shooting . . . the officer could've been injured, the guy was given plenty of chances to get out of the car, there was a gun pointed toward him . . .

if you think about it- cops standing in front of the car is 1) a stupid thing to do and 2) basically daring you to run him over before he shoots you...

Really- he is saying "if you want to get away, you hve to hit me" and you know "if I hit him, they will shoot at me"

If you are ever in this situation- I suggest just flooring the f-ing thing, not that I hate cops at all- but more because the guy is just tryng to get an excuse to shoot you and that is the true sign of a dikhead and he deserves it...

they could have easily boxed the car in with other cars while they were jerking around with the guy...
