The Juicta quit thanks 2 ya all!!!!

I don't smoke at all mon-fri and don't really have any cravings but I smoke like a train on the weekends when out at bars. Just can't seem to stop it once I get a little alcohol in me my inhibitions are gone

never smoked before and never will. It is by far the most rupulsive habit to me. As soon as I saw a video or picture of Britney Spears smoking, I lost all interest in her 100%

Congrats for quitting. Definitely grab some oxycalm, it should help with the cravings. (I've done a lot of research in this area)

Congrat's bro, FOLLOW THRU, thats the biggest part, my dad quit cold turkey like you. If you can do that you might even be able to put AS down....lol, keep it up bro, who knows your energy levels might pick up!

Good luck, dont turn your back on it now and your body will thank you in 3-6 months!!! Do what RADAR said and chew gum or I have heard of people stocking up on sugar free suckers.

Hi guys

Status report, I haven't had a smoke yet and last night while training I actually felt great could breath alot better, for the first time this morning when I woke up I could smell, but now sitting here at work its not easy all I can think about is having just one last smoke, took my anaplex now and was keen to crush it and smoke it.

Anybody who said this was going to be hard wasn't joking, this has got to be one of the hardest habits to stop, I've had to change my whole routine just so I don't light a smoke, and the diet today has gone for a ball of shit, but I'll just try to keep my eyes on that 1st place title 29 weeks from now!!!

Keep up the good work bro!! I've been there too and it's tough. I found that a VERY small piece of chocolate helped get rid of my cravings. I would take just enough to coat my mouth. It seemed to help.

Congrats bro - that's a tough think to do

Keep up the good work

Right on for quitting, bro..just don't let your guard down. I've quit smoking 9 years ago and there are still those rare times when the craving strikes. Stay tough and out of bars and you'll be fine. Good luck to you.
