Foods been locked in. Have cut kcals back some leaning out for summer.

Usual day
8am eggs bacon ham wheat toast
11ammuscle milk
1pm salmon rice
4pm MRE SHAKE
6pm salmon or steak with broccoli
8pm muscle milk

Training been on point. Haven't keep track of weight and reps been so busy just training to failure. Feel really good. Pulled out the anadrol for winny. Have updated pics on 2 weeks. Should be peeled!!

Def have the protein loaded in the ice cream no doubt. Training been good but lil flat with low carbs and tren got me lethargic. Getting lean will def carb load a day or two though..

Chest training

Cheat press.

100lbs at 26 reps
140lbs at 20 reps
160lbs at 18 reps
180lbs at 14 reps
180lbs at 14 reps
160lbs at 18 reps

Incline press
120lbs at 20 reps
140lbs at 16 reps
160lbs at 12 reps
160lbs at 12 reps drop to 100lbs at 10 reps

Dips
175lbs at 30 reps
190lbs at 25 reps
210lbs at 18 reps
235lbs at 14 reps

Feel strong just lil flat. Not getting the pump I was on the anadrol. See what next week feels like and I'll adjust. I'm def getting leaner though I see new veins daily and skin getting thinner

@25homes of course no anadrol pump but thats normal
your volume is good
i want to see you up carbs though
