Anyone ever experience this? I did it while doing flat bench, nothing too heavy, a set of 8, 5th rep on the way up it tore. It didnt tear completely but enough to make it look out of place and be extremely painful. Its the part of the pec that connects up by your arm pit. I will have an MRI tomorrow to see that extent of the injury. Im debating on whether or not to run a maint dose of test while recovering and lifting legs. I dont know if coming off right now would be my best bet while trying to recover.
