PEC TEAR...... Just my luck

sucks homey. fucked up my back during a cycle last february. just don't aggravate it. i kept going back in too early and making it worse. ended up on a shit load of pain killers. heal up quickly my friend, best of luck.
 
Damn dude... same thing happend to my buddy at work last week.


The maintence dose sounds like a good idea. How much would you use? Are you currently on a cycle?

Yes. I tore app. 80% of my pec about 9 yr's ago. It was my first day at college and we were testing for football. We had to do one rep max's on flat bench and I tore the F out of my pec. I had surgery about 2 years later and it was unsuccesful. It was ok for about 2 days until I actually fell on ice and landed on it, ripping it out again. Not pretty.

My chest is still deformed a bit. It was black and blue instantly and then changed yellowish over the next few days. I was out for about 3-4 weeks and then played that season.

Terrible injury. I'm sorry to hear about that man.
 
I just hope that if I need to have surgery to repair it that I can get it taken care of as soon as possible. I recently, 8 months ago, slightly tore my rotator cuff and I was able to slowly work my way back into things, eventually it healed on its own. Since this has turned black and blue and it looks out of place I really dont think that I can work around it or let it heal on its own. I just hope that whatever needs to be done gets done right away. Like I said, I have an MRI tomorrow to find out the extent of the injury. Thanks everyone for the replies.
 
I did the same thing 2 years ago...post your MRI results and lets see how your damage compares to mine and i can tell u what i did to get back.

Welcome to the club ,any muscle you tear is not funny and takes forever to heal 100% if surgery is required HGH will be your best option to speed up the healing process.
