incline db?

how far do you guyz bring the db's down when doing incline bench. ive seen guys go real wide and low for a good stretch and ive seen people keep the motion pretty short and compact. is there much differnce, and what do you guys prefer?

It's a general rule that the longer the range of motion, the more benefit you get from the excercise.

With db presses, incline or flat, I go down to where the weight touches my shoulder, but my forearms are always perpendicular to the floor. In other words, you want your elbows going straight out to the side, but you don't want to extend your forearms out as in a fly motion.

I do what ronnie coleman says to do. Which is you bring the dumbells down so they touch the front of your shoulders then press.
