Good Workout: Motivated by Oklahoma's Win Over Texas!!
Well, a flame emerged inside of me tonight and I figured I would transfer the energy to the gym. Here is how it went down:
1. Barbell Rows - 135lbs x 10, 225lbs x 10, 245lbs x 10, 275lbs x 10
2. Hammer Strength Rows - 230lbs x 10, 270lbs x 10
3. Wide Grip Pull-Downs - 150lbs x 10, 170lbs x 10, 190lbs x 10
4. Dumbbell Shrugs - 140lbs x 12, 140lbs x 12
1. Barbell Preacher Curls - 90lbs x 10, 90lbs x 10, 90lbs x 10
2. Hammer Curls - 40lbs x 10, 40lbs x 10
1. Dumbbell Wrist Curls - 25lbs x 10, 25lbs x 10, 25lbs x 10
*Notes*
- awesome sweat
- mind blowing pump
- no pain in joints. . yes!!!
- good circulation
