Beheaded American - more to the story?

Shit Happens! And that kind of shit has happened from the dawn of man and happens everyday around the world and will continue to happen for thousands of years! You guys act like you have never seen a person die before for some fucked up reason! You want to see some fucked up shit go to Sudan for a vaction. It will make that beheading look like a Disney film!

2. There is a new enemy to focus on: this Al-Zarkawi guy. (Where is bin laden?). Zarkawi is from Jordan I believe, but he operates in Iraq and has ties to al-Qaeda. Finally, a link to al-Qaeda in Iraq.

Yup, the media is making this fella seem worse than Osama and just as "powerful". Two days ago the newspaper called him Osama's "Top Competitor" in the world of terror. Sheesh.

And the whole Idea of him beheading a man with his bare hands makes him all the more notorious. It takes a real sick mutha to saw off a man's head while he is screaming.

:coffee:

I'm not so sure. Had the military/bush administration released all the pics at once, then I'd agree with you. Instead they are releasing them in spurts, thus prolonging the whole fiasco.

This is getting into the real hypothetical, but:

"Bureaucracies don't necessarily act in sync."

Meaning if it was a CIA/NSA et al job, that doesn't mean the army would know about it, or if they did, it still doesn't mean they could control every aspect of the unfolding events to wrap it up perfectly.

Right. But they all have to answer to someone. People in congress have them and they say these pics are worse than what we've seen. Show us already and quit talking about them. END IT.

Nicholas Berg is an ardent anti-Bushite (me too BTW) and he's lost his son. So he's going to say a lot of stuff that might not be accurate. Just my .02

Seriously - he is irritating as hell on the news last night... it is understandable he is distraught... but he looks and sounds like he lost it...

"paying for the sins of bush and rumsfield"

give me a break - the kid was over there looking to make cash - I wouldn't go to the middle east if you paid me - even before all of this...

understood bro- just commenting on the fact the father makes it out like it was all humanitarian based as to the reason why he was there... humanitarian work can be done here - but it won't double your salary...
