Hi guys! Im new to this forum and excited to get some answers and thoughts regarding my planned cutting stack and dosages.
Im a 28 (soon) year old female, used to be a professional athlete (figure skating) and have been lifting weights for about 5 years.
During quarantine I gained some (...) weight and just started again working out about 2 month ago.
I have been thinking of doing the stack below, great heavy workouts with cardio and clean food, carb cycling (only weekends) and taking SARMS and Anavar.
6 Week Cycle SARMS + Anavar:
Im planning to take the Anavar 30 min before workout.
Workouts will be as followed:
Monday 5mile run
Tuesday Weightlift
Wednesday OFF
Thursday Weightift
Friday 5mile run
Saturday Weightlift
Sunday OFF
Food:
Monday to Friday: Carb Free, high protein
Sat & Sunday: Carbs - Relaxed diet
Any inputs, help, ideas? looking forward to the feedback
