Female Ostarine & Clen stack

5’5” 170 lbs 31yo female. Been lifting heavy for about 3 years now and I really wanna cut since I’ve never seriously done one. I did a 6 week cycle of what I thought was var. around 10mgs a day. Honestly my diet was shit and I really only lifted weights- no cardio. Gained 10lbs def gained some muscle and strength- put about 20 lbs on my squat and more on my DL but now I’m just bigger lol. I wanna shrink. I bought ostarine and clen (I’ve done clen like 4-5x before but never had the crazy results) now I feel like my tolerance is up too. I’m down to like 75g C, 50F & 120P. Maybe like 1600 cals a day. What kinda dose of these should I take? Is 2 heavy leg days (to keep the booty) and 2 45 min LISS cardio days enough to lose like 15 lbs in the next few months. Ideally, 20-25. And does anyone know anything about these products? Hepius clen pill form & OxBoost Ostarine MK-2866 in 15mg caps.

i honestly turn down paying clients that want me to advise them on clen so if you paid me i wouldnt advise it.. so i cant help you there... if you ever want help with a sarms cutting stack or something that wont hurt you so terribly long term, im happy to help

matrix labs is a fake non existent company just so you know.. so i have no idea what you even have there, but its 100% NOT mk2866
 
Damn.. sucks to hear. Didn’t do much research tho so I’m not surprised. I’ll have to dig in and maybe give it a go n see what happens I guess idk lol
I mean, what other sarms would help? I’m mostly worried about any virulization.. don’t wanna affect my fertility since I don’t have kids n I’m just praying I haven’t already 😕
 
the sarms to stay away from as a female are s23 and lgd3303.. there are others that you would want to run low doses if you are intent on using them but there are plenty go with as a female that i have coached and seen thousands of females do with extreme success and little side effects.. here is a great cutting stack you could go with

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 Sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 10 mg doses 4-5 hours apart

@Mbenz0103 it's a good idea to start this cut but clenbuterol is a give and take.

15mgs ostarine/day (split dose)
20mgs clenbuterol/day (split dose) 4 days on/ 3 days off
5 caps n2guard/day (organ liver support)

But this can change.

Without knowing your full diet log and training log with cardio info it's hard to judge how you can lean out and what would be the goals.

We need to see you post your LOG journal diary asap with your diet, training, cardio, supplements if you want our guidance.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your diet, training details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
