What appear to be my weakest points?

Don't even think about weak points until a XXL + shirt is a tight fit. Usually focusing on weakpoints is wholly unneccessary unless you plan on competing hard core.
 
Based on the photos. .here is what I observe. .

1. Need some thickness in the chest. . especially upper area
2. More beef is required on the delts.
3. More width and thickness in the back
4. Biceps and triceps need more size

Overall, you are really lean and have a good build.

Deadlift 7x3 @ 270
Squat 6x3 @ 190 (i KNOW this needs work) :)
Bench 6x3 @ 180

starting numbers mean jack shit

its the progress made from those numbers that count
