As some of you know, I am on a light cycle. Here is what I performed this evening. . nothing impressive in terms of weights:
1. Speed Bench Press - 8 sets of 3 reps @ 205lbs
2. Overhead Dumbbell Presses - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 50lbers
3. French Presses - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 90lbs
4. Barbell Rows - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 225lbs
5. Seated Pulley Rows - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 150lbs
The high reps made me sweat. . . training light isn't that bad as long as it doesn't last forever lol.
