So a buddy of mine who has been in weight training a long time hook me up with a workout program for chest and tri’s. Let me know what you think about it. I’ve been training 3 years
Each are primarily 3 sets and 5 reps
flat barbell bench press
seated overhead press
incline barbell bench press
row push downs
Dips to failure 4 sets

i would not do any overhead presses due to shoulder issues
