Mon chest - back

Tues legs (quads/hams)

Wed bis - tris

Thurs shoulder - abs

Fri-sun OFF

15-20 minute cardio each day


Tell me what ya think please!

I know it's a mon-thurs but like i said it's only 4 weeks.

It's nice. I find it better for conditioning or carb depletion than growth. I prefer to combine an isolation movement with a compound movement for the same muscle. Example I pick a DB I can barely get 8-10 strict incline flyes with; do 10 reps with the DBs going wide and low..then go right into incline DB presses for another 6-8 reps. The DBs are closer and I use the fresh triceps to push the chest further.
 
As far as the cardio, i think I'll mix it up a couple of low/moderate cardio and one or two days with hiit.
