Log Update:Would appreciate some thoughts and insights on a potential stack to be run. A little insight I'm a track sprinter concentration in the 200m, so it's that combination of speed endurance being looked to enhance. Currently 179lbs , 5'10, body fat under 10. I have a tendency to put on dense muscle pretty easily. Contemplating on either incorporating Cardarine or Boldenone for endurance purposes and run along side with something like Anavar. Thanks for your input here. Haven't currently started anything, just ordered Cardarine thus far.
Currently what training and diet looks like in this period of the season which is preparing for races throughout the summer over seas. About 30hrs a week of training.
Plyo's and technical runs
Block work and overspeed session followed by a heavy weight consisting of
-Front or Back squats 85% max 2x3
-RDL's 85% 2x3
-Single RDL's 2x3
-Nordic Hamstrings 2x8
-Speed 1/4 Squats 3x10
Recovery session (Deep tissue body work)
Lactate Power session (220m, 200m, 180m) R10min (150m) (Efforts here are at about a 9/10 race pace)
Strength explosive day (Box jumps with a counter movement onto a higher box) 2x3
BB continuous 1/4 squat jumps 40% of BW 3x8 as explosive as possible
has been moc race test days lately distances range from 100m - 200m
-No dairy products currently. Soy milk and yogurt
-Red meat twice a week
-Main sources of protein (eggs, chicken, fish, turkey)
-Daily Caloric intake ranges from 2,800 on the low side and 3,400 on the high end.
-Pretty much trying to take in as much as possible right now for recovery purposes but also need to stay light and powerful.

Lactic work - 3x150m , 5x200m Rest 3min
Wieghts - 1/4 squats 3x2 (460lbs), ISO BB switches 3x5, Nordic Hamstrings 3x6/Chin ups 3x5, BB step ups 3x4 / Single leg explosive jumps 3x4 , Core work
3x150m Rest 5min
Wieghts - BB squat jumps 3x8 , ISO Ankle push 3x15sec hold, BB Single leg RDL 3x5 , Resisted band arm swings 3x20, Core work

Diet has been sitting around 21-2200 calories a day which I need to get in back up to 3000 ish due to traveling a lot lately so its been off a bit.
Overall definitely feeling leaner and had a bit of a calve injury which healed up well. A couple of follow up questions for you guys,
-I have been feeling a bit achy as of late in some joint areas like knees mostly which wasn't there before, could that be from any effects of the sarms or diet issue?
-As I go into the bulk of my competition season through the summer months should the current protocol stay or should I remove something and possibly add in some winstrol?
-Lastly, what are your thoughts on GH for healing properties and should that be up for discussion?
