chest work frequency

Wow, and I thought 2 times a week was the threshold. If you are not seeing results then something is wrong with your routine. try taking a week off from chest workouts and then go back for 2 days a week with 12 set each workout. If you are training 4 times a week i will bet my house that you actually grow in the week you take off.

Drink a protein shake before bed every day during that week if you arent alredy. Hope that helps.
 
I recover slow so i only work my chest once a week and I think thats all anyone really needs. I think you have way to many sets in there, what I suggest is:
Flat Barbell 3-4x6
Incline Dumbell 3x8-10
Incline/Flat Flyes 3x10-12

I have seen great results from this and I'm sure you will too.
