i pulled a forearm muscle on tuesday when trying to lift VDOP off the ground by the straps of his squat suit. something i've done dozens of times before to help him get his ass seated into his suit without managing to hurt myself, but somehow this time i torqued things the wrong way. my arm has been swollen all week from my elbow halfway to my wrist and has been very painful. my grip strength on wednesday morning was so pitiful, i couldn't even squeeze the shampoo bottle. so i decided to put thursday's ME bench workout off until today. it's feeling a lot better today(ICE has helped a lot), but still not quite right. i'm going to try to bench in about an hour. i hope it goes well.....
