I do about 60 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week. A read an article once that suggested you try out different Cardio Workouts in order to not get bored. Well I tried that too. I started doing bicyle then treadmill and then the stepper and it definately helps much more and also works different parts of your body.
I found The Stepper to be the most effective though, try going on it for 60 minutes. Every 5 or so minutes change the speed, start off slow,then faster , then slower, then faster - it realy helps you'll see
