so no loading phase and smaller dosage with cee. good, im guessing that's because it reaches cells faster.
 
Okay heres my situation.

I ordered pureCEE. I'm getting protein powder. Im going to use both while training in the offseason and then i guess i will go off creatine when football starts again next year (but remain on the protein.) What about multivitimins? Should i get some, how important?
 
As for protein I would get any ON flavor, or Iron Tek's Essential protein flavors. I've been through many and those are definitely my fav. Be sure your take one within 30min after your workout. One in the morning is great too because your body is starving for nutrients.

I would def. take a multivitamin also. Centrum Performance can't be beat.

With a much greater amount of protein and creatine added to your diet now it is ESSENTIAL you get adequite amounts of water. You will def. notice if you aren't getting enough water on creatine b/c you will cramp up like a mofo. Protein soaks up a lot of water also.

Thanks for the advice. A already drink water all the time but ill make sure i drink alot. Around how much do you suggest for before, during, and after workout water wise?

for protien i got Optimum 100% Whey Protein and multivitimin i got higher power one-a-day.

I'm still thinking about my running while bulking since i want to maintain good speed. It might be hard to monitor and make sure im getting enough caliores to still gain after my runs, i guess ill see though
