Thanks for the advice. A already drink water all the time but ill make sure i drink alot. Around how much do you suggest for before, during, and after workout water wise?
for protien i got Optimum 100% Whey Protein and multivitimin i got higher power one-a-day.
I'm still thinking about my running while bulking since i want to maintain good speed. It might be hard to monitor and make sure im getting enough caliores to still gain after my runs, i guess ill see though
