My unbiased review of Gw 501516 from sarms 1..

The doc's have me on 20mg crestor...

took about 3 days for the severe pumps to fade, and my normal functionality with GW is continuing..

I did have an assessment done, weight is the same, but dropped 4lbs of bf.. for me, that's a great experience.. holding at 212 16%bf, so I'm very happy with that, no lose of strength and recovery is very quick..

However I will be for the next 8 weeks doing t25 style training 3-5 days per week with heavy static lifting 3x per week all the while running GW 5/2 300mg test cyp week.. goal is to drop weitht to 197, bf should go to 10% which is where i have been in the past..

I'll keep advised..

how is that t25 training? my girlfriend is doing it and loves it!

You sure it wasn't a50s? they get passed off as oral tren all the time.

i've done those before, I'm not convinced it was that, this was a pretty significant response..

I've run tren inject able before with limited success, so i'm just going to swear off it..

I with you on that one; tren just doesn't work for some. Great log thus far.

Im nearing 30 days on GW myself. I have not lost a single pound, my weight has remained steady the entire time. I have not tested body fat but I MAY have dropped just a tad, the amount is so small its hard to tell my eye. I have gained a noticeable endurance gain. Recover a lot faster between sets. Honestly, im not terribly impressed.

I have said time and time again, with GW, you have to put in that effort. If you are running an hour per day, or even walking on an incline, that is where GW shines.

I am on my 2nd run of GW. It literally melts fat off me. I train everyday weights/cardio/core. I eat clean fruit/vegetables/lean protein. This run I am also running S4 & Oxandrovar 2 caps per day for 60 days. I am also cycling albuterol 5 on 2 off that coincides with the days I do a split of weights in morning & cardio in afternoon. 10 days in and looking harder and leaner :)

I dont do steady state boring cardio, waste of time. I do various HIT cardio, 20 minutes or less. HIIT cardio has proven time and time again to be better at burning cals due to EPOC. Im certainly not going to spend an additional hour doing boring cardio which or course burns cals to get any benefit from GW.

In all honestly the slow steady state hour cardio alone will burn 500 cals, if im adding in that extra work to burn cals why buy GW at all? Or better yet, why not skip the boring cardio, do cardio that works to build more VO2 max and then some and just eat 500 cals less a day and get same benefit and save the $100 a month on GW and food?

I like the endurance boost it gives but quit honestly its not worth the money for that alone unless your an endurance athlete, which im not.

Im just giving my unbiased opinion and results.

Because the intensity that you are doing the boring exercise at can be increased significantly. Because you skip the 20 minute anaerobic threshold period.

Normal me: 60 minutes at an incline of 8.0 and 2.0 mph has me at a heart rate of 130-140 (fat burning range for me when using the karvonen formula).

GW me: can go up to 3.0 mph with an incline of 13-15 with the same hear rate but because glycolysis is circumvented, I get 59:30 of straight lipolysis.

You already said that you noticed endurance gains with it. I think the best way to summarize your review would be: "If you are purely a HIIT exercise fanatic, the fat burning benefits aren't as pronounced as other forms of cardio."

I suppose one could sum it up that way :). Im certainly not a HIIT fanatic though. Im simply result oriented and I enjoy seeing results BUT there are many ways to skin a cat. Hours in the day are limited so I like to get the most results from the least amount of time and HIIT does that in spades. Realizing cardio health is important HIIT allows me to see endurance improvement AND take advantage of EPOC to burn cals long after the workout is complete.

For me, I cant cut cals too much or I crash and get weak as hell. This makes losing fat a bit more challenging since I am not willing to give up strength to shed fat. Im patient though, so can wait for the long slow steady fat loss im currently achieving without aid. I was just hoping GW would help a bit more than it has.

Ive got 2 more bottles though, and i will surely use them and who knows maybe ill see some different results and if I do I will be sure to share my experience.

In all fairness bro, and i say this respectfully because i do know you are a very knowledgeable person, if your not willing or unable to adjust your calories you cant expect too much in the loss category no matter what your using
