My Diet - Can I have a breakdown please.

Breakfast
6.45am half pint semi-skimmed milk, 3 egg whites, scoop of peanut butter, 1 banana, cup of porridg oats
1 slice of brown bread toased, cup of tea

Snack
10:00
2 Bananas, 1 apple, 1 energy bar

Lunch
13:00
4 slices brown bread, 1 tin of tuna, 1 mullerrice

Snack
15:30
1 apple

Dinner
18:30
Pasta / rice / pototoes (boiled), 1 chicken breast, broccolli, carrots

Snack
21:00
3 wheetabix half pint of semi-skimmed milk

Can anyone give me an idea of what I'm taking in, carbs fat and protein figures.

There are a number of on-line diet diary sites that will give you this info. I use one called www.FitDay.com.

This is a fairly large request, you know. Maybe you could do a little more research yourself.
 
It's seems like you're barely getting a 100grams of protein. That is ridiculous. Triple that amount if you want to grow.

I'll echo some info:

Your protein intake is TOO low, try adding a protein shake to every meal.
