Front Squat: bunch of warm-ups, 310x5x5
Power Clean: bunch of warm-ups, 255x3, 275x3, 280x3x3 (screw the hang, if you need to work a weak point they serve their purpose, otherwise they're a BS lift, in my opinion anyway, lol)
Jump Shrug: 315x8, 405x5, 455x5, 495x5, 425x8
D-bell bench with palms facing: 95's x 15-14-13
Hammer Curls: 65'sx8, 65'sx8, 65'sx8
Forgot to weigh myself.....don't really care either, I'd guesstimate 233, I look very, very lean though.....came home to chocolate milk and chicken breasts and rice.....pizza later, lol
