Flat D-bells: 95s x 13-11-13
D-Bell Skullzz: 55sx 10-10-10
Took Wed off...
Thurs. 3/15/07
Front Squat: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 295x5, 315x5
Jump Shrug: 225x5, 315x5, 405x5, 495x5, 405x15
Chins: BW x 9-9-9 (did these with palms facing in, was stalled out on the regular variety)
Barbell Curls: 95x8, 115x8, 135x8
Some sick workouts....since taking your advice to incorporate the jump squats (errr... shrugs...thanks cynical) into my routine the past few weeks gives me a whole new appreciation for your 495x5 top set on there..... ridiculous!
You're doin a great job of balancing everything right now, keep that up..
Are you shooting for any PR's on any lifts in the upcoming week or two?
