T, these two-hour workouts far exceed the 45-minute limit for maximum anabolic response established by studies on previously untrained vervet monkeys. Just thought you should know.
 
Let's not even get into the complete lack of any inncer biceps peak work. Did your subscription to FLEX not get forwarded to your new address????

Incline D-Bells with palms facing in: 95'sx 10-10-10

Standing Alternate D-Bell Curls: 60'sx 8-8-8

Weighed 233.7

Post workout had a protein shake then some baked chicken with stove top stuffing and a couple oatmeal raisin cookies, lol
