Forgot to post yesterday's workout....

BTN Push Press: 135 x a few million, 225x5, 235x5, 235x5, 235x5
Flat Bench: 225x5, 275x5, 295x5, 315x5
Incline D-Bells: 90sx 13-13-13
D-Bells Skulls: 3x12
Been eating a bit more.....I'm gonna get lit up tonight too for St. Patty's day and probably eat whatever I feel like.
Digital scale at the gym said ERR and the Dr's scale said 116lbs, lol, so safe to asume both are out of order.
Anyway, new plan is to coast around 235......224 last week and it just looks silly for lack of a better word on my frame.
