Hey guys, well today i went ahead and started the OSTA-SARM. Of course I used our sponsor sarms search

Im going to be running a very low dose, starting with 8mg a day, or a third of a ML.

My diet has been a little poor over the last 8 weeks, due to weddings and other events, im just going to whip the body back in shape.

I will be bumping up the protiens and cutting back the carbs at night.

Ok,, im 5 or so days in on the osta-sarm. Im used to the taste. Hadn't noticed much until today. first day back in the gym after a long weekend. felt strong. Strength was up slightly, could have been all the carbs I ate during thw weekend, but we will see.

No vision sides. Im only running 8mgs! Very mild dose. I am pretty lean, so I will know fast if any changes to my body start happening.

I have ran sarms s4 several times and love it. As for other compounds, I have ran just about everything at some point.

I love the sarms because I dont have to worry about being shut down.

I'm ordering osta sarms next week. Never done any anabolics and worst thing ive used was ephedrine. should I be using a low dose of nolva with this sarm? Everyone seems to say something different. Only real evidence I found was a log on a S4 cycle where he had test checked before and after and it was cut in half a week after he stopped.

UPDATE

WOW......this stuff has kicked in, today my workout was sick. I lookwed at my trainer at the end of the workout and was like "is this all you got???" I feel way stronger, more energy and this is on 8mgs ed!

I didnt really start feeling it strong until yesterday.

NO SIDES AT ALL SO FAR.
