yo truck, whats up dude- like the wrestling pic. I was a wrestler and i do mma now. Thats why i'm on the board, trying to get all the info i can on how to gearup the right way so i can compete at a high level. Like your sarms gh approach. guess its the new thing everyone is doing. i want to check something with you, need advice. you can or can't help either way i'm totally cool. I wrestled in high school and in college till i blew my knee out. just had it fixed so i'm trying to gear up for competition next fall and winter. wrestling is the shit that wins fights in street and in cage. best sport on two feet brother IM me back either way thanks - mike spero
