I thought that ill post up my diet here and see what u think of it.
Its kind of a boring diet, but i dont mind, but would defenetly change it if i missed something important, so write what u think of it.

As always, will keep the carbs to the begining of the day before workout and two meals after, to refill the muscles.

The protein shakes will also be earlier in my first meals, and the slow protein sources, the cottage cheese in the evening.

Cardio will be 5-6 hours a week, and the weight training will be 4 days a week.

Weight right now is 91kg morningweight, 12%bf when i last got tested.

My diet right now contains:
400 grams of oatmeal.
1 kg grams of cottage cheese
6 protein shakes
2 bananas, which i will be taking after my workouts.

All these is exactly 3100 cals, but thats right now.
35%protein, 45%carbs and 20%fat.

271,25 grams protein, 348,75grams of carbs and 68,8grams of fat.

Whitin time and as the weight goes down ill cut the carbs and fat, but will have the protein always over 260+.

The macros will change as my body adjust to the diet.

The rest of the fat ill get from unsalted chasew nuts
Supps im taking is multis and kalcium/magnesium tablets.
Drinking about 4 litres of water a day.

And when the morningwalks will begin, ill take some Bcaa and a cup of coffe before that.

What do u think guys?

Way to many shakes and where is your chicken, lean beef, fish? You need to eat real food bro.

Ok, is it that bad, lol.
Yeah maybe change some shakes to chicken or lean beef.
Other than that, anything more?

Yes definitely change it bro because your kidneys will hate you to a very high extent any lean meats chicken, fish, lean beef and add some greens with it make sure you have that water intake because i see you like to drink everything besides water...

Try and get closer to 10 Liters of water... Add Chicken Breast/Salmon/Tuna/Egg or (Whites) / YAMS (Better than oatmeal)

Sprinkle some cinamon on your oats or Yams, and maybe a splenda pack... try and get some variety in your diet, so you don't get bored and end up bingeing

... Limit protein shakes to a Min, Casein at night , and post-workout is all you need... Add some broccoli , green beans, SPINACH... and other Veggies

Ok bros, i have done some small changes.
Nothing drastic since im quite low on money for now.

currently 2500 cals 45%protein 35%carbs and 20%fat, think ill stay here for a while and see what happens.

diet consits of:
250g chicken
2 cottage cheese
3 whey shakes, getting 71 grams pf protein from that
200 grams of oatmeal
500grams of broccoli
1 banan
40 g chasew nuts

this is 282,9 grams protein 218 grams of carbs and 55 grams of fat.

supps im taking is 4 grams omega3 daily, multis, bcaa after training and soon creatine.

what do u think now?

change most of them to fish.

fish broccoli and brown rice would be a good meal. of course you will need to figure out the ratios. basically the idea to cutting is to up the protein and cut some of the fats and carbs.
