February 8th

Beginning Weight - 1/15/05: 149lbs
Weight as of 2/8/05: 142

4:45 - Meal 1: 1/3 cup of oatmeal (cooked in water) w/ 2 egg whites, 1 Tbs of flax seeds and 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries

5:55 - Workout - Weights: Chest and Biceps
Bench Press - 1 warmup set barbell only; 3 sets of 6 - 5lbs added on
Inclines - 3 sets of 8; 15lb dumbbells
Pectoral Fly Machine - 3 sets of 8; 45lbs
Pullovers - 3 sets of 8: 35;35;40lbs
Dips (w/72 lbs of assistance) - 2 sets of 8
Bicep curls - 30lbs

6:40: Post-workout - 1 scoop of French Vanilla Protein Powder mixed w/ 1/3 cup of blueberries and water

9:00: Meal 2 - 2 egg whites and 1/4 cup of nuts

Meal 3 - 11:30: grilled chicken breast w/ mixed greens; 1/4 cup of black beans, shredded carrots, green onions and 1 TBS of slivered almonds

Meal 4 - 1:30: 1 3oz pouch of pink salmon
 
Feb 9th.

Finally I am able to get on. I was beginning to think my job blocked the site. Anyway,

6:00 am - 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical

7:00 am - 1/3 cup of oatmeal w/ 1TBS of flax seeds, 1/4 cup of berries and 2 egg whites

9:00 am - 1 scoop of French Vanilla Protein Powder w/ 1/2 cup of skim milk

11:00 am - 2 egg whites w/ 1/4 cup of pistachios

I plan on getting one this Saturday. From reading the boards, I get the feeling that the type of test I took in January isn't accurate (it was one of those handheld tests.). It said 32%.
