Training:
Weights - as heavy as possible.
Cardio - started doing 30 minutes a day then went to 2-30 minute sessions a day. then 2-60 minutes a day sessions. wasnt fun.
Diet:
meal 1, 12 egg whites, 1 cup oats
meal 2 - 6, 1 chicken breast, 1 cup of rice except with last meal
