I really like the DC training style a lot!!
For those who arent familiar with it:
Split muscle groups between TWO days.
You pick 4-6 lifts you wish to perform for a session.
Do as many warmup sets as you wish per lift.
Warm up, for ONE work set where you go all out to failure.
Lift three days a week, alternating between days (basically).
Try to beat what you lifted during you last session.
Intense streching, eating, yada yada yada... i think you get it.
Anyway, the reason I enjoy it so much is that you always leave the gym feeling great!
You are not OVER worked but you felt like you definitely went all out on those work sets. You get to grow 1.5 times per week. AND You set PR's EVERY (other) WEEK!! <~~ I love that.
This is one of the most mentally (and maybe physically... only been on it for 5 weeks) rewarding routines I've ever done!
