Stats: 5'8 156 lbs 12 % bf - before
5'8 166 lbs ?? % bf - current
Magic Potion Used: Deca @ 300 mgs/ week wks 1-3
Deca @ 450 mgs/week wks 4-8
PCT - 6-OXO (would use Nolva/Clomid but forgot to order it and I don't go domestic, I'm leaving for Iraq soon so I don't have time to order again.)
Tenure: Working out for 4 years, half of that consistantly (have been away for military duty often)
Bench Max Before Gear: 230 (after being out for a while)
General Workout Outline: m-chest 4 exercises @ 4 sets reps = 8,6,4
t-back 5 exercises @ 3-4 sets reps = 8,6,4 w-legs 5 exercises @ 3 sets reps = 8,6,4 th-arms 8 exercises @ 3-4 sets reps = 8,6,4 f-shoulders 5 exercises @ 4 sets reps= 8,6,4
abs every day!!
Diet: Eat any food available to me...Generally I eat once every 2-3 hours. Yesterday I had...6 sandwiches? (packed to the brim)
Okay, I'm roughly 3 weeks into the cycle and it just kicked in yesterday. I'm astounded at the power difference, especially considering how light and newb my cycle is. These last couple days I've been going up roughly 1.5 lbs a day.
I hope I don't lose all my gains because I'm not taking nolva...
I'm going to Iraq in january and I'm trying to fit this cycle in right before hand.
