I was in the gym tonight, I am in my 3rd month of 5x5. I can bench 275 for 5 sets of 5. I got to thinking why push your self so hard when you can just lift lower weights for high reps and get ripped with a good diet. Girls don't care if your big, they think if you are ripped then you are strong. Does the girl go home with the guy that is ripped at the club or the big guy that is strong as hell? Girls don't know the difference. Excuse me for rambling i am just tired,lol.
