I was the youngest guy in my CCU Unit this weekend...

you're saying you had a heart attack this weekend and you've already been released from Critical Care?

That's the fastest post heart attack release I've ever heard of.

No way bro, what exactly happened? An MI, doubtful. Fullof shit maybe, an irregular heartbeat, I live in the ccu and never see young people without cocaine or other massive stimulatn use. WTF happened. THe chances of a plaque rupture are miniscule if you are young.

You guys make me laugh, that doubt everything posted on this board.

I went to the hospital Sunday night because of pain between my
clavacles in my upper back, I started having some trouble breathing and and began to feel weak. I knew that I was having problems when I broke into this visciuos sweat and soaked my shirt in about 5 minutes.

I went to the hospital they put me on a ekg and then began giving Nitro..said that I had a blocked artery.

They gave me some drugs to naturally open the artery which worked initially and got me stabalized. Sunday morning they did the catheter and the angio-plasty..putting in the stint to open up the artery.

The reason for the blocked artery was plaque break of which the body responded by forming a blood clot. Therefore shutting off the blood and oxygen flow to the right side of my heart.

The right side and back of the heart were damaged. My prognosis is good for recovery.. I was released 48 hours after the stint was inserted..my blood pressure/ oxygen levels and heart rates were all fine. So they let me out. Once that atery was open i felt normal.

Now I have to let the damage heal.

So to Luscious who thinks my original post was full of shit, I am just damned glad that I wasn't at your hospital.

This is almost certainly a genetic thing that would have happened anyway-maybe somewhat sooner than expected though.
AAS,despite what a cardiologist will tell you did not cause this episode. Aggravated maybe- but the etiology ? Highly, highly unlikely. Now if you were taking a shitload of drugs, eating very poorly, and using a lot of stimulants or even heart damaging rec shit like coke and/or methamphetamine it would be alot plausible to be a young guy and be in there with a CVA (stroke) or cardiac arrest or MI.
If a cardiologist or MD disagrees with me-fine. Ask him how besides the usual shit they feed you about that.
That being said-would I use them again. No-absolutely not.

I don't believe that AS caused my problem, I think that it did contribute, through higher than normal blood pressure and a higher than normal resting heart beat.

My whole point of this post is to reiterate the importance for all to get monitored, don't think that it's just ok to do cycles without getting checked out regularly.

One year ago I had done the whole stress test deal and was kicked out for being in superb cardio vascular shape, for that test.
The artery that had the plaque break off was only 40% blocked and my others are less than 20 percent. Could have been caused by high blood pressure. No-one is for sure.

I love AS, I had nurses coming in my room to take a look since they rarely see anyone in shape in their unit.

Just be careful! I know that there are people on here that think they are invincible..find out how invincible you really are by getting regular check-ups, especially when using juice.

Peace be with you all. Believe me you better enjoy life, there are no gaurantee's.

I am glad you are back from the hospital. Such an experience definately wakes you up as to whats important - doesnt it?

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about this. Many will learn from it, some people will be clueless no matter what you do or say.

Rest, recover. Be well.

I wish you well bro. One of the best things I ever did prior to bodybuilding was get a full checkup (I was a huge fat guy at 28% bf and 306#). My bp was 140/95 at the time and cholesterol was in the mid to high 200's. Needless to say, I was a time bomb.

doc put me on Norvasc @ 10mg/day (a great med you can go off without any side effects) and I began exercising the following year.

Long story, dropped all the weight (212# finished product) and then met up with what was possible with AAS (you can guess the rest)....I'm now taking care of myself with Norvasc to keep BP from getting out of control when it starts to elevate and to take care of Lipids, there's a great new drug out there that docs are rabid to prescribe, Lipitor.

My cholesterol (even after losing the weight) was still about 210. After 30 days on Lipitor I'm down to 135.....

So, as long as you've got a great doc, check your BP often, and watch your loads (AAS that is.....I would never use something as much as a Gram a week.....OMG!.....I admire those that can and do, but that's not for me)....you can slowly build a great bod, and then Lord willing walk away and live to tell about it.

I truly wish you well, I'm about done with my investigation on AAS (I researched them for the last 16 months and learned what I wanted to learn.....my last project should be completed in August) and plan to move on to other things.

Take care bro,

Bo

I have a friend who died of heart failure at age 32. Never touched juice in his life but he had had heart surgery in his twenty's so his problems started very young. This shit happens to some who are genetically predesposed to it.
I also used to work with a guy who had a very mild heart attack at the age of 19. He had used some steriods. No man in his family lived past 50, so it was definately genetic.
Life is too short, take it wasy now and get well bro.
