In that video, the dude used his index finger to push the plunger. I am taking something that requires a bit more force than I can generate like that.

Right clink on it and save target as on your desktop and run it from there.

you don't, there is no point. If you can't reach your glute like you say, do a hip injection, they are the safest. Tricpets have nerves arterires and veins all through them that are large enough to hit.
