Intro: I placed an order for 5 pens of Pfizer Genotropin from NapsGear. I did this for 2 reasons. Domestic Supply was out of Genotropin and NapsGear’s price was ridiculously cheap(Too Cheap Actually). I also want to say that every product that I’ve ordered from NapsGear has been REAL except for the Pfizer Genotropin(100% FAKE).
Background: To qualify I’d like to give you some of my background. I have worked for a major US pharmaceutical manufacturer for a very long time. We created and sell the original Accutane amongst many other medicines most of you use daily. I come from a family of 5 physicians, 2 of which work for major Pharmaceutical Companies. It just happens that both of these MD’s work in the Adverse Reporting section of the company. Here we deal with Adverse Events from medicines reported from the public, as well as fake products in circulation.
Experience with Pfizer Genotropin: I have been using ONLY Pfizer Genotropin from Domestic Supply for years straight. I have seen fakes from friends on multiple occasions and studied this before I spent thousands of dollars of my hard earned money on this.
Listed Problems(See Images)
-The text/color is extremely blurry(Not Matte) as well as the dosage markers on the pen.
-The paper on the sticker is peeling off.
-When mixed the pen settles at the incorrect dosage marker 10mg not 12mg where its supposed to be. You can undercharge a real pen but never overcharge it. It doesn’t allow for it.
-The MG dosage markers are also misaligned when you charge the pen for use.
-The pen needles don’t fit. I used the pen needles they provided and easy touch as well. Both wouldn’t screw on. They needed to be forced on.
-The white cap is also to small for the pen and has to be forced into place.
-The pen is extremely flimsy and literally doesn’t work.
-Pfizer Genotropin has a VERY unique chemical smell. If you’ve smelled this then you know exactly what I’m talking about. This product has 0 smell whatsoever.
-The pens came loose with no box or PI(Package Insert) to check/verify the Lots against.
-After all of this if you were to hold this pen and know nothing about Pfizer Genotropin you most likely could tell its fake. THIS IS THE WORST FAKE IVE SEEN TO DATE. It’s as if they didn’t even try. It’s almost laughable. It’s so flimsy and literally doesn’t work. It just doesn’t pass the smell test.
Double Checking my Work: I happen to be friends with one of the US Pfizer Rep’s. I showed her the pens. It took her all of 1 minute to look at it and tell me that NapsGear’s pen was FAKE and the other pen bought from Domestic Supply is REAL.
NapsGear Interaction: When I brought this to their attention I figured that it was the shipper who was doing this and not NapsGear. Was I wrong!!! They stood behind this pen and sent me an email of pictures of fake pens and why their fake is better than other fakes. They of course didn’t say fake. I genuinely expected them to say sorry this was the fault of the shipper and well make this right. More or less they told me to hit the bricks.
Conclusion: You decide!!! If you believe that risking thousands of dollars of your hard earned money on something that multiple professionals looked at and even the Pfizer Rep Herself said was FAKE. I’ve seen their rebuttal and it looks like a low IQ individual put it together. No where do they address my images or rebut any of it. They just list reasons of why other fakes aren’t like theirs. This is a completely insufficient stance to take in the matter and makes no sense whatsoever.
Note: Im not here to argue with anyone on the board even NapsGear. I believe that this information should be PUBLIC. I did ask for a refund and was upset that I did immediately after. No refund should prevent me from sharing these images. That would have been selfish and dishonest. To show you that I’m putting my money where my mouth is I destroyed the pens(See Photo). I will NOT inject a product that I know for certain to be 100% FAKE no matter how much it cost me. I will not risk putting God knows what in my body!! Be careful and God Bless.
