how the fuck you do tricep injections?

I mean really. Hell I can't SEE the back of my tricep without a mirror. I like to visually see what is happening and not a reflection of it.

And don't tell me. Post a pic. Find a bodybuilder doing a pose and put a yellow or red dot on it.

Completely straighten out your arm, flexing your tricep, and hit the outer side of your "horseshoe." It is a little awkward. I just did my first tricep injection like 30 minutes ago. .5cc of winny on each side. Go to www.siteinjections.com They have like 3 or 4 different galleries of tricep injections. Hope that helps.

I like to inject into the long outer head of the tricep. I go about an inch and a half above where long outer head starts to get small. I can email you a pic if you want.

i like to go right in the middle...i just feel like there is more meet there...and one buddly likes the inner head

although nowadays i only stick water based gear there..
