I think it's fine to fork out the dough for muscles. You have to spend money on something, and instead of spending it on beer, cigarettes, fast food, and stupid drunk ass shit, I spend mine on my health and bodybuilding needs. Some of the things people spend their money on makes me sick; but then again, those same people probably think I'm wierd for forking over so much dough for my health/muscles. Different lifestyles I guess. Screw em! At least I know I have something to show for mine, unlike those loppy McDonalds eatin, gettin drunk every night fools, who I am lucky enough to be associated with
ya you deff don't know how to spend your money properly on food then if your saying 3500... thats more than 100 bux a day... kinda crazy... seems like a waste unless you have 10 kids... I spend 12 bux on food a day and get 4000-5000 calories a day and its about 7 meals
I work at a gym and i get into many others for free so i pay nothing for gym fees. My food bill is around 800.00 a month. I spend around 300 a month going out to eat, i spend about 150 in supps and when im on its around 500-1k for a cycle.
