Gym: $30 a month
Food: $400-$500 a month
Supps: $100-$200 a month (includes whey)

Gear is not that expensive - throw in PCT, blood work and additional supplements = $500-$700 a cycle

I am tired of all of the darn advertisements in most of the mags so I rarely buy them unless there is something decent in them. Besides, there is a ton of free info in the web.

Feedlots for beef is almost as bad .. the amout of crap they feed and inject into these feeders to get a few extra pounds is sickening ...

BB diets are not cheap ... drugs do no good without a proper diets so the two together can add up in a hurry

I can do a bulking diet on $300/mo, thanks SAMS Club

Everyone's BMR is different... this is actually a pretty hard post to get any real data from without posting peoples stats and what they eat, ect.

some of these guys, I HOPE are < 160 lbs from the lack of money spent on food.
 
i`d say i spend £50 a week on food, £20 on supps, £20 on gear and say £10 on pct stuff. about £100 a week all in all. gear is only 1/4 of that total...

its impossible to get to 5000 calories on a diet of chicken, egggs, turkey

and if you're taking protein that doesnt digest perhaps you should get some better protein.
